Realising Utopia: Cinema & 1968

To mark the fiftieth anniversary of the student revolts of 1968 the Ralahine Centre is running an international film series dealing with the events of 1968 and their legacy. The series will kick off with an introductory lecture by Helen Sheehan, Prof. em. of Communications at DCU, on “History and Significance of May ‘68”, this Wednesday, 21 February 2018, at 7.00pm in Ormston House, Patrick Street, Limerick. There will be film showings on several subsequent Wednesdays at 7.00pm in the same venue. The series will conclude with a day-long Ralahine Workshop on Saturday, 26 May 2018.
