Stephen Strauss-Walsh, PhD student at the School of Law, presents at Trinity College Dublin’s Law Student Colloquium

Stephen Strauss-Walsh attended the Law Student Colloquium hosted by Trinity College Dublin on the 4 February 2017. He gave a paper titled ‘Victim Marginality–What Produced it and What did it Produce?’ The intention of the paper was to historically demonstrate victim exclusion within the nineteenth century British justice system. This involved laying out the causes and effects of victim omission during that period. The paper was received enthusiastically by an interested audience, promoting constructive discussion on the issue presented and on the topic of victims in general.
