School of Law PhD Scholarships

Situated on a superb riverside campus of over 130 hectares, the University of Limerick is an energetic and enterprising institution with a proud record of innovation and excellence in education, research and scholarship. The School of Law is delighted to offer up to three scholarships for doctoral research students, in any area of law, beginning their studies in academic year 2017/18. This includes:

• One Research Scholarship (a full fee waiver plus a €5000 stipend).
• Two Tutoring Scholarships (a full fee waiver in return for up to five hours tutoring per week for ten weeks of each semester).

Each scholarship is available for a period of one year initially, with the expectation of renewal for a further two years, subject to successful academic progress.

Closing date for receipt of completed applications: Friday 2^nd June 2017. Late applications will not be considered.
