Ms. Una Butler, Director of Legal Services at the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission made a very interesting presentation on the work of the CCPC last week. Ms. Butler focussed on the Commissions role as enforcement agency of Competition law in Ireland and the presentation was attended by students on the LLM in International Commercial Law programme. The presentation explained the criminal and civil sanctions for competition law breaches, as well as the powers available to the CCPC for investigation and enforcement. Pictured is Miss Una Butler
