Postgraduate Diploma in Serious Crime Investigation
22 students completed the first phase of the Postgraduate Diploma in Serious Crime Investigation this week. This programme is delivered in the Garda College, Templemore and accredited by the University of Limerick and is considered to be the flagship programme of the Crime Training Faculty in Templemore. The Postgraduate Diploma in Serious Crime Investigation programme is designed to develop the expert knowledge and leadership and management skills of individuals within An Garda Síochána and other public bodies and to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to investigate serious crime in Ireland. Students on the programme have included senior investigators within An Garda Síochána, GSOC and the Revenue Commissioners.
