Congratulations to Karen O'Brien, PhD candidate at the School of Law, University of Limerick who recently published an article in the Commercial Law Practitioner (Issue 4, 2018). The article examines the court's application of Personal Insolvency Acts 2012 - 2015, in particular to Personal Insolvency Arrangements contained in Part 3 of the Act, by providing an 'Overview of the Irish Personal Insolvency Regime in 2018'.
