Michelle Stevenson (PhD candidate, School of Law) won the first prize for the most original conference paper at the PECC conference at the Law Faculty in University College London on Friday (19th). The prize was democratically awarded - peer voted by other conference candidates who represented King's College London, UCL London, Oxford University, NYU New York and Osgoode to name a few of the other universities.
Her paper was entitled: "DNA evidence; are we still in danger of conducting a trial by mathematics?"
