Law Lecturer Presents at Prestigious International Family Law Conference
Dr Kathryn O’Sullivan, School of Law, recently attended and presented at the 16th World Conference of the International Society of Family Law. The conference which focused on ‘Family Law and Family Realities’ was held at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and attracted a wide international audience. Drawing on her current research, Kathryn’s paper was entitled ‘Succession Law Challenges in Non-Traditional Families: International perspectives on step families and posthumously conceived children’.
