Just published, Sports Law in Ireland (2nd ed.) by Laura Donnellan (with Susan Leahy). The 2017 edition includes a more detailed discussion on Doping and the GAA, the recently enacted National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012–2016, judicial review and the cases involving Dundalk Racing and the recent establishment of Sport Ireland. The 2nd edition incorporates changes introduced by the Companies Act 2015 and The Workplace Relations Commission Act 2015.
