Professor Shane Kilcommins was invited to speak by the Hon. Mrs. Justice Susan Denham, Chief Justice, at the Committee for Judicial Studies National Conference which was held in Dublin Castle 
on the 21 November. His paper was entitled “Victims of Crime in the Irish Criminal Process – the significance of the new Directive”.
