Irish Judicial Studies Journal
The Irish Judicial Studies Journal has just published its second edition of 2020. Since 2017, this journal has been produced a team at the School of Law in the University of Limerick and it is fast becoming one of the most significant journals in this jurisdiction. Editor-in-chief Dr Laura Cahillane said she was delighted with this edition which contained a diverse range of articles on various aspects of the law from judicial, practitioner and academic authors. The Journal is also becoming a crucial platform for dialogue between the judiciary and academics in particular, where expertise can be shared and views exchanged.
The Journal is now taking submissions for the 2021 edition.
