The School of Law extends its congratulations to Valentina Immacolata Cagliani on the publication of her first article, ‘A New Society Needs A New Concept of Adoption: Open Adoption’ in the latest edition of the Irish Journal of Family Law.
Valentina is a graduate of the University of Padua, who undertook an Erasmus+ traineeship to the University of Limerick in Autumn 2018 under the supervision of Dr Lydia Bracken.
The article is based on her final year dissertation, which was completed during the traineeship period at UL.
