On Tuesday, 17 April 2018, Dr. Alan Cusack of the School of Law delivered a guest seminar to the Dublin Branch of the Institute of Guidance Counsellors in Killester College of Further Education, Dublin 5.
Dr. Cusack’s paper was entitled “Privilege, Third Party Disclosure & Mandatory Reporting of Offences” and it explored the obligations resting on guidance counsellors under Irish law to disclose confidential information to the authorities. The event was proceeded by a very engaging Quesstion and Answer session.
