ICEL Members Support CPD Philanthropy Event at UL
The International Commercial and Economic Law research group (ICEL) made significant contributions to the recent CPD Philanthropy Event at the A&L Goodbody Appellate Moot Court in the UL Library. Attended by nearly 60 practitioners from the west of Ireland, as far north as Galway and south as far as Cork, this exceptionally well received event provided both an opportunity to earn CPD points while at the same time contributing to some major charitable organisations such as Milford Hospice and Pieta House Mid West. ICEL speakers talked on the new regulation of the legal profession, workplace investigations and anti-money laundering legislation
