The Head of Enforcement at the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement Kevin Prendergast, gave a guest lecture to Masters students in the module Law of International Business Associations on Wednesday morning the 14th of October. The talk provided the students with a very useful overview of the functions of the ODCE as well as discussing the practical implications of the work of the ODCE. The talk was organised by Norah Burns in the School of Law.
