Dr Johnny Connolly addressing a meeting at the European Parliament Information Office in Dublin on Friday 23rd February. The event, chaired by Brian Hayes MEP, was about young people and benzodiazepine use in Ireland. The meeting was also addressed by Paul Griffiths, of the European Monitoring Centre on Drugs and Drug Addiction and the Minister for state for the national drugs strategy, Catherine Byrne. TD
