The Careers Service, part of the Cooperative Education & Careers Division at the University of Limerick, has just released its First Destination Report - Graduates of 2014. This survey was conducted with former students nine months after graduation and focuses on the employment and further study pattern of the graduates of 2014. A total of 3,149 graduates were surveyed and a response rate of 86% was achieved.
Outstanding figures for School of Law graduates were recorded: over 98% of graduates of Law and Accounting and 91% of Law Plus graduates were in employment or further training nine months after graduation. Moreover, over 40% of Law Plus Graduates recorded a salary in excess of €25,000.
