On Wednesday 18th April, students on the LL.M./M.A. Human Rights in Criminal Justice master’s programme, accompanied by Course Director Dr Ger Coffey, visited Henry Street Garda Station. Students were given a tour of the station by Garda Sharon Ivory which included the reception area for prisoners, interview rooms, custody suite, communications room, evidenser (intoxilyser machine) and the Automated Fingerprint Integrated System (AFIS).
