Dr Lydia Bracken presented to the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Health on behalf of LGBT Ireland on 27 February 2019. The meeting formed part of the Committee’s pre-legislative scrutiny of the Assisted Human Reproduction Bill 2017. Dr Bracken authored LGBT Ireland’s submission to the Joint Committee in relation to the Bill and co-presented to Committee in her capacity as legal advisor to the organisation alongside Paula Fagan, CEO of LGBT Ireland.
