Dr Laura Cahillane presents at Law Reform Commission Seminar
On 5th May, Dr Laura Cahillane gave a paper on the implications of the Supreme Court decision in the Zalewski Case for quasi-judicial bodies, as part of a seminar organised by the Law Reform Commission. Around 400 people attended the online event, including members of the judiciary, the Attorney General’s office, senior government civil servants, members of various quasi-judicial bodies, and members of the legal community. The event was recorded and will be made available in the near future.
