On Saturday 18th of March Dr Laura Cahillane spoke to Justin McCarthy on RTE radio’s this week programme about the constitutionality of the current judicial appointments bill, after Senator McDowell published an article in the newspaper arguing that the newly proposed process would be unconstitutional.
