Dr. Kathryn O'Sullivan - Irish Times Article - Friday 13th November
On Friday, 13th November, Dr Kathryn O'Sullivan of the School of Law contributed an article to the Irish Times entitled 'Property owners and drone users vie for rights to the sky'. The article considered the extent to which the use of drones in lower airspace may be constitute to trespass if operated without the consent of relevant landowners. It builds on the recent 'Drones: Coming to a sky near you' conference held in the School of Law which attracted a wide range of papers from various interested parties.
