On the 28th February, Mr Justice George Birmingham, President of the Court of Appeal, delivered a talk on the topic of ‘Consent in Criminal Law’.
The event was held in the A&L Goodbody Appellate Court and was chaired by Professor Paul McCutcheon. President of UL Dr Desmond Fitzgerald, and Chancellor of UL Mary Harney were both in attendance.
The event was convened by Dr John Lombard.
