Chief Justice’s Summer Internship Programme
The School of Law is delighted to nominate two students, Katie Nagle and Stephen O’Reilly, to participate in this year’s Chief Justice’s Summer Internship Programme for Law Students, which takes place during the Trinity Term 2017. The programme will commence on Tuesday 13th June 2017 and conclude on Friday 7th July 2017. The purpose of the internship programme is to provide law students with experience that will be of assistance to them in their future careers. The Chief Justice will allocate each student intern to a Judge or Judges based on the student’s educational attainments and areas of study. This will provide a unique learning opportunity for the students. The interns will conduct legal research and will gain invaluable experience attending the various superior courts and observing courtroom proceedings. Participation in the programme is confined to students who have either completed the final year examinations for a primary law degree or who are participating in a Masters programme in law.
