On Wednesday 21st February Dr Kevin Sweeney PhD in Law (UL) delivered a guest lecture entitled “The Changed Nature of Arrest in Irish Criminal Law” to Human Rights in Criminal Justice masters students.
There was a very good attendance by students and staff from the School of Law and the interactive seminar was followed by a lively questions and answers session.
The seminar was organised by Dr Ger Coffey, Course Director of the LLM/MA in Human Rights in Criminal Justice and Member of the Centre for Crime, Justice & Victim Studies in the School of Law.
