Two seminars will be held in September and October 2021 focusing on Judicial education and training and on judicial conduct. The seminars are being jointly run by Dr Rónán Kennedy of the School of Law NUIG and Dr Laura Cahillane, School of Law, University of Limerick and in conjunction with the Irish Council for Civil Liberties. As part of the project, which has received funding from the Irish Research Council’s New Foundations Scheme, it is intended to publish a report arising from the seminars and also to publish the papers in special editions of the Irish Judicial Studies Journal.
