Shane Kilcommins delivered a paper, entitled ‘Recovering the centrality of Victims in the Criminal Process, at the Burren Law School on the 5th May 2018. The theme of this year’s conference, the 25th Conference, was Law and the Art of the Possible: The Fifth Province? It was directed by Professor Ellen O’Malley Dunlop, and all papers explored law in its political and social context.
