Dr Andrea Ryan presented a paper on the implications of Brexit for the criminal law at the Centre of Criminal Justice and Human Rights (CCJHR), University College Cork on March 21.
The seminar was chaired by Mr Honourable Justice McKechnie of the Supreme Court, and papers were given also by Prof caroline Fennell and dr Stephen Coutts.
