On Wednesday, 6 May 2020, The International Journal of Evidence and Proof published a research article by Dr. Alan Cusack of the School of Law at the University of Limerick.
The article which is entitled, ‘Addressing Vulnerability in Ireland’s Criminal Justice System: A Survey of Recent Statutory Developments’, offers a critical appraisal of recent statutory efforts aimed at securing the increased accommodation of victims of crime with intellectual disabilities within Ireland’s criminal trial.
