All current University of Limerick students need a computer account and password to access the UL resources. All current Students receive a computer account and default password upon enrolment.
All first year students will receive details about their computer accounts in the post prior to your enrolment at UL. The user ID is your student ID number (e.g. 1723456) and password is your DOB. PASSWORDS MUST BE CHANGED AFTER INITIAL LOGIN
Your computer account gives you access to Library Resources, Sulis (ULs Learning Management System), Email and Student Administration portal for the duration of your academic career at UL. If you leave the University and return on a later date, your student ID account will remain the same. Please see email section on policies regarding access and conditions for graduated students.
Each student must personalise their computer account password after first logging in with the default password issued at enrolment or by ITSS. Your account password will give access to library, SULIS, email and Student services. All passwords expire after 365 days if not changed in the interim.
